Throwing paint at the canvas.

The grass is greening up and the walking trails are looking inviting. Need my injection of spring!
A few more achy muscles to loosen up. Oh, right! Another birthday just passed.

Whatever our situation is, or is getting to be, it is well to treat life as a big canvas, someone said. Throw as much paint onto it as you can.

Create a little chaos, please!

I was planning on what I should write for my next blog entry. What should I create? Hey, why not ponder about creativity once more?

I believe it was Gilda Radner who said that although she wanted a perfect ending, she learned that some poems don’t rhyme, and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle and end. Sounds a bit chaotic and I like that!

Accept me as I am not.

Have I talked about this before? No matter. And forgive me if I sound a bit preachy. I promised to be less so in the New Year!
Over coffee, a group of us were chatting about the New Year and the topic of resolutions came up. Hey, doesn’t it usually? At least for a few weeks? Usually if it pertains to weight loss or spending ‘quality time’?
A word that got tossed around this time was ‘acceptance.’
